Everything about your Hashimoto’s, and everyone who gets it, in one place.
You have heard me talk about iodine. About ferritin and hair loss. About why your labs came back normal and you still feel awful. Then it scrolled away and you could never find it again. Inside the Hub every topic is recorded, organized, and searchable, and you are searching it beside women who are living the same thing you are.
It is the closest thing there is to having your own Hashimoto’s dietitian, in a room full of women who already understand.
Every topic recorded, tagged, and waiting. It never scrolls away.
Unlock the full libraryThe information is out there. That is exactly the problem.
There is no shortage of Hashimoto’s content. There is a shortage of Hashimoto’s content you can find again, trust, and actually act on. Here is what women tell me every single week.
You saw the answer once
It was a Story that vanished in 24 hours, or a Reel from eight months ago buried under 400 others. Saving a post is not the same as being able to find it at 10pm when you are standing in the supplement aisle.
The questions come after
Your doctor’s visit ends and the real questions start on Tuesday. Is this flare normal. Should I take this. Why is my hair shedding again. Waiting three months for the next appointment is not a plan.
Advice from everywhere and nowhere
Free groups are full of opinions. Very few come from someone who reads labs for a living, knows why normal is not the same as optimal, and will tell you when a popular protocol is not right for you.
This is not a membershipIt is a community.
Nobody joins a community for the videos. You join because you are tired of feeling alone, frustrated, and lost, and because you want the whole conversation in one place instead of scattered across five apps and a hundred saved posts you will never scroll back to.
Like walking into my office
Everything has a place and you know where it is. A welcome video, a Start Here checklist, clearly labeled spaces. No hunting, no wondering which app it was on, no feeling behind on day one.
Like having your own Hashimoto’s dietitian
Not someone who happens to have a thyroid and an opinion. I have Hashimoto’s, and I have spent the last ten years treating women with Hashimoto’s in clinical practice. You want someone with both.
Like finally being in the room
Women who already know what a flare feels like, what a normal lab result and a dismissive appointment feel like. You never have to explain yourself from the beginning again. That is what makes women stay.
A private library of everything I have ever taught.
This is the piece that does not exist anywhere else. Every topic I cover is recorded specifically for the Hub, filed by subject, and searchable in seconds. Not a feed you scroll. A library you search.
You will not find this on my Instagram or my YouTube channel. Social media gets the overview. The Hub gets the full answer, the nuance, and the part that only makes sense when I have more than sixty seconds.
Organized into spaces like these
You stop guessing. That is the whole point.
Not another course to finish. A place to go every week when your body brings you a new question.
You find the answer in ten seconds
Type the word. Iodine. Ferritin. Bloating. Selenium. The full explanation is right there, whether I taught it last week or last year. Nothing expires and nothing disappears.
Searchable libraryYou bring your question and leave with a plan
Live office hours every week plus a space to ask any time. You are not shouting into a comment section. You are asking a dietitian who works with Hashimoto’s all day, every day.
Weekly live sessionsYou walk into the store with a list, not a guess
Grocery guides, protein cheat sheets, lab prep guides, supplement and symptom trackers, restaurant and travel guides. Download them, print them, use them. No commenting a keyword to get a link.
Downloadable guidesYou always know where everything is
A welcome video, a Start Here checklist, and clearly labeled spaces. Day one is a first step, not a maze. It should feel like walking into my office and already knowing where everything lives.
Built to remove the overwhelmYou stop having to explain yourself
The HashiStars are women who already know what a flare feels like, what a normal lab result and a dismissive appointment feel like. You get to skip the whole explanation and just be understood.
The communityYou know what to work on this month
Monthly challenges, a weekly rhythm you can count on, and celebration when something finally moves. Momentum comes from structure, not from willpower.
Challenges and accountabilitySomething new every day of the week.
The schedule never changes, so you always know what is coming and where to find it.
The 30-Day Hashimoto’s Healing Blueprint®, at a price only HashiStars get.
The Blueprint is my structured 30 day program. Thirty days of guided lessons, videos, and resources that take you from overwhelmed to a clear, sequenced plan for your thyroid, your gut, and your energy.
It is sold separately, so it is not part of your monthly fee. What HashiStars get is a significant discount on it that is not available anywhere else, on my website or off it. Join the community first, then decide if you want the structured month. Plenty of women never need it.
Your discount code waits for you inside, in the Start Here space. No deadline and no pressure.
I built the Hashimoto’s Healing Hub to be the place I never had as Hashimoto’s patient myself. Real answers and real support every single week, not just fifteen minutes at an appointment.
I am Nataliia Sanzo, registered dietitian, licensed nutritionist, and the Nashville Thyroid Expert®. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s in 2016, so I am not explaining this from a textbook. I know what it is like to be told your labs are normal while you can barely get through the afternoon.
Through my practice, All Purpose Nutrition, I help women decode their labs and get to the root of the fatigue, hair loss, weight changes, and gut issues. I do not do protocols. I do people. That is the same approach you get inside the Hub.
Let me save you the money if this is not right.
This is for you if
- You have Hashimoto’s or suspected thyroid issues and you are tired of piecing answers together from strangers
- You want to understand why something is happening, not just be handed a rule to follow
- You have questions between appointments and nowhere good to put them
- You are not ready for one on one work yet, or you want ongoing support after finishing it
- You would rather make small sustainable changes than white knuckle another extreme diet
This is not for you if
- You want a personalized protocol built around your own labs. That is my one on one work, not the Hub
- You are looking for a quick fix or a supplement that solves it in two weeks
- You want someone to diagnose you or change your medication. Those are conversations for your doctor
- You want the most restrictive plan possible. I am not going to give you that and I will tell you why
- You are not willing to change anything yet. Come back when you are, I will be here
What it sounds like when someone finally listens.
The Hub is new, so these are reviews from my one on one clients. They know how I teach, how I think, and what it feels like to work with me. HashiStar reviews go here as they come in.

I felt seen and heard after many doctors dismissed my symptoms. My hair is finally growing after two years of hair loss, my bloating is vanishing, and my clothes are fitting again.
After seeing so many specialists and wasting so much time and money, I finally met Nataliia. In three months I got my energy back and my inflammation went down. I say this as someone with Hashimoto’s.
I heard Nataliia on a podcast and what she said resonated with me after months of trying to manage my thyroiditis on my own. Reaching out to her was the best decision I have made.
Thank you for helping me make peace with food. After years of being told what I could not eat, I saw food as an enemy. Nataliia patiently showed me it is my friend.
She spent a lot of time studying my case, asking the necessary questions and finding the right solution. My sugar and thyroid numbers improved significantly and my doctor was impressed.
Her philosophy aligns with mine, healing the body naturally with food and using supplements as just that. They are not the answer, but they get me started on my path.

The questions I get asked most.
No, and I want to be clear about that. The Hub is education and ongoing community support for women with Hashimoto’s. It does not replace individualized medical care, a personalized care plan built from your own labs, or private nutrition counseling. Many HashiStars use the Hub to learn the foundations, and some later work with me privately. Plenty stay in the community and never need to.
Yes. Your first three days are free, and you can cancel from inside your account in about two clicks. There is no contract, no phone call, and no email you have to send me. If you cancel during the free trial you will not be charged at all.
Two things. First, the depth. Instagram gets me sixty seconds and a hook. Inside the Hub I get to explain the whole mechanism, the exceptions, and what to actually do about it. Most of that content is recorded only for the Hub and never gets posted publicly.
Second, and this is the bigger one, you can find it again. Instagram is a feed you scroll. The Hub is a library you search.
No, and I want to be upfront about that. The Blueprint is a separate 30 day program with its own price. What HashiStars get is a significant discount on it that is not available anywhere else, so if you decide you want that structured month, you pay less for it than anyone else does.
Plenty of women never buy it and get everything they need from the community itself. Finishing a 30 day program is a start. What most women actually need is somewhere to go in month four, when a new question shows up.
As much or as little as you want. Some HashiStars come to every live session and post most days. Others log in when they have a question, search for it, get their answer, and leave. Both are using it correctly. Nothing is timed and you will never be behind.
Never. Plenty of women read quietly for months before they say a word, and that is completely fine. When you are ready, introducing yourself is the fastest way to find the other HashiStars who are dealing with exactly what you are.
You are welcome here. A lot of women arrive in the middle of the process, with symptoms and lab results that have not added up yet. Understanding what your thyroid, your gut, and your blood sugar are actually doing will make every conversation with your doctor a better one. Just know that the Hub is education and support, not a diagnosis.
It is one login on your phone or your laptop, with a search bar at the top and clearly labeled spaces. When you join, the very first thing you see is a short welcome video and a Start Here checklist that tells you exactly what to do first, so day one never feels like being dropped into a maze.
You have been doing this alone long enough.
Come look inside for three days. Search anything you have ever wondered about. If it does not feel like the home you have been missing, cancel and we will part as friends.
